Qu'avez-vous le plus apprécié pendant votre collaboration ?The availability of the contact person, the suggestions they made throughout the collaboration. It was very open, honest and clear. The service was just stellar and very transparant.

Y a-t-il des domaines où l'agence peut s'améliorer ?Not specifically. A general point, which goes for all companies working internationally, is to always take into account the local cultures, especially local business cultures especially with regard to working hours/business hours, or means of communication. In The Netherlands and Belgium it is totally fine to communicate via WhatsApp for instance, but I can imagine that in other countries they would probably prefer emails or perhaps video-calls.
