Description We build websites that the business owns outright, on its own domain, its own hosting and its own payment account. No platform rent, no catalogue held hostage, no terms that change next year. Every project starts the same way: a first workshop, then a written Solution Brief you keep whatever you decide to do next. Then the design, then the build. You see the shape of the thing before anyone writes code. What we build: brochure and presence sites, full online shops, multilingual sites, and migrations off Shopify, WooCommerce, WordPress and Wix. On one migration we carried forty years of accumulated search presence across intact on 241 redirects. On another we moved 259 products and 657 images onto the client's own gateway. Sites are built to be found, by people and by AI assistants, with structured data and answer-first content rather than keyword padding. Fast, accessible, and legible on a phone. We work in English, Greek and German, based in Larnaca with clients across Cyprus, Ireland, the UK and Germany. And if the tools you already have are the right answer, we will tell you that instead.

The money goes to your gateway, not ours, and the product data is yours to take with you if you ever leave. Migration is most of what we do here. Moving off Shopify, WooCommerce, WordPress or Wix without losing a week of trading or a single search position. On one shop that meant 241 redirects carrying forty years of accumulated presence across intact. On another, 259 products migrated with 256 live on day one, and 657 of 682 images recovered from the old platform rather than re-photographed. Sizes and colours are built as real purchasable variants, not as notes in a description, so a boutique sells the way a boutique actually sells and the right photograph appears the moment a colour is chosen. Carts survive a customer moving from their phone to a laptop. Delivery, in-store pickup and country rules are configured rather than hard-coded. Where it earns its keep, we add an advisor that knows the entire catalogue, including the products uploaded this morning, and answers customer questions at two in the morning in ten languages. Not every business needs a checkout. When presence and reach are the real problem, we say so and build that instead.

If you take the second step, the Solution Design is the real deliverable: the workflows as they will actually run, the migrations and what each one risks, the integrations, the data model, the order the work has to happen in, and what it costs. Priced by scope, published openly, from 819 EUR net. That document belongs to you. Build it with us, build it with your own people, or put it out to tender and let three firms quote against the same specification. The last one is why writing it honestly matters more to us than winning the build. From chaos comes order. Usually on paper first.

Updates and security patches, hosting and domains, backups and restores, uptime and certificate monitoring, content and product changes, and the small structural work that keeps a site from slowly decaying into something nobody dares touch. Response is within the service window, Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 12:00, and we tell you honestly that we are a small practice rather than a call centre. Routine work is covered monthly. Anything larger is quoted before it starts, never after. Three things we do not do, on principle. We do not hold your domain, your hosting account or your credentials hostage: they are in your name, and you can take them and go on any day you choose, with our help rather than our resistance. We do not bill for work nobody asked for. And we do not quietly let a contract renew for a service you stopped needing. We build portals, dashboards, customer accounts, booking and ordering flows, and internal tools for staff. They install to the home screen from the browser, so there is no app store, no review queue and no second codebase for iOS and Android. They work on the phone your team already has. Examples of what we have shipped: a multi-tenant portal where every client's data is isolated from every other's, a cash-basis accounting ledger that answers questions in plain language, a file library that searches 297 documents and images by what is inside them rather than by filename, customer accounts with carts that survive moving from a phone to a laptop, and an ordering flow for a kitchen that takes no card payments at all. Permissions are designed first, not retrofitted. Who sees what, who can change what, and what is recorded when they do. It began with one client who had five thousand product photographs and no way to find any of them. What we built reads over two hundred file formats, describes what is in each one, files it against the product it belongs to, and produces five sized versions of every image automatically.
