Mon travail couvre les domaines qui compliquent généralement le commerce B2B : parcours clients, structure du catalogue, exigences en matière de comptes et de prix, processus de commande, intégrations, définition des exigences, UAT et mise en service. L'objectif est pratique : transformer des besoins commerciaux complexes en une solution claire et réalisable que les clients peuvent réellement utiliser et que l'organisation peut réellement exploiter.
