Qu'avez-vous le plus apprécié pendant votre collaboration ?The speediness of the replies. They were always ready and set to answer our questions trough messages and emails. I tookthem no longer than 2 hours to respond to an email.

Y a-t-il des domaines où l'agence peut s'améliorer ?Areas for improvement is better understanding what the client wants and asking questions. We understand that they are you and starting but the tip we give them is to not be scared to ask questions, even they sound "stupid"! Other than that, had a great time working with them!
