Description
Impact Valley designs, organizes and facilitates several types of innovation programs based on client’s strategic priorities in terms of business growth and potential impact on the society. An open innovation approach, long-term support and knowledge transfer are usually preferred by Impact Valley in order to guarantee the creation of an economic and social value, while ensuring continuous improvement too. Our services usually take the form of: • Hackathon or Workshop: from 1 to 3 days, these fast and iterative innovation programs gather groups of entrepreneurs and intrapreneurs who need to form teams, identify business and societal challenges, generate and prioritize best ideas, prototype a first tangible solution and prepare a pitch to present to jury members. • Trainings: from 1 to 5 days, these education programs enable employees to acquire entrepreneurial competencies required for the development of new solutions. • Consultancy: from 1 to 12 months, these coaching programs aim to create new innovation unit in the organization, leveraging then both innovation and education programs to enable the knowledge transfer through immersive experimentations.
