Les Précurseurs Lab est un studio indépendant spécialisé en IA et automatisation, basé en Suisse. Nous aidons les PME et les entreprises en croissance à identifier, concevoir et déployer des systèmes d'IA pratiques qui font gagner du temps, réduisent le travail manuel et améliorent l'exécution opérationnelle. Notre travail se concentre sur : * Agents d'IA et automatisation des flux de travail * Applications métier internes personnalisées * CRM, rapports et tableaux de bord opérationnels * Processus de contenu, de support et administratifs assistés par l'IA * Diagnostics stratégiques d'IA et feuilles de route d'implémentation * Gouvernance d'adoption, de formation et d'intervention humaine Nous ne nous intéressons pas à la technologie pour la technologie. Nous travaillons avec des chefs d'entreprise et des équipes qui ont besoin de systèmes concrets, de priorités claires et de résultats mesurables. Notre approche est simple : 1. Comprendre le processus métier. 2. Identifier où le temps, l'argent ou la clarté sont perdus. 3. Concevoir le système utile le plus simple. 4. Construire, tester et déployer. 5. Former l'équipe et mesurer le résultat. Nous sommes particulièrement pertinents pour les PME qui ont commencé à tester l'IA mais ont maintenant besoin de structure, d'implémentation et d'un impact commercial réel. Basés en Suisse, nous travaillons à distance avec des clients en Suisse, en France, en Italie et dans toute l'Europe.
