HistoireWe founded NUMENA in 2017 in Tuttlingen with a simple conviction: spatial interfaces should feel as natural and expressive as everyday human gestures. Since then we’ve grown into an award-winning German studio focused on spatial design, interaction and research. Our days are a mix of rigorous simulation, playful prototyping and long conversations about where AR, VR and AI can reshape how people work and play. Securing multiple grants taught us how to balance experimental research with product development — most notably our work on a virtual reality spatial editor. We still get excited by the technical puzzles and the chance to open entirely new areas of human activity through immersive technology.
