Odysi crée des assistants IA pour WhatsApp qui répondent aux questions des clients des petites et moyennes entreprises en Espagne et dans l’UE. L’assistant fonctionne sur la plateforme officielle WhatsApp Business, répond à partir de la documentation du client et transmet la conversation à une personne lorsque cela est nécessaire. Il reste la propriété du client : nous rédigeons la documentation et le client peut modifier lui-même les réponses. Notre cas réel est Fixlab, un laboratoire d’homologation de véhicules en Espagne, où l’assistant constitue le point d’entrée unique pour les questions des clients concernant la certification des véhicules. Les deux fondateurs réalisent eux-mêmes le travail, entièrement à distance depuis Madrid, avec l’aide d’un petit groupe de freelances lors des périodes de forte activité. Nous développons également des outils d’IA et des sites web sur mesure, et travaillons sur la visibilité dans les moteurs de recherche ainsi que dans les réponses générées par l’IA (GEO). 5 personnes dans leur équipe

Description Odysi builds WhatsApp AI assistants that answer customer questions for small and mid-sized businesses in Spain and the EU. The assistant runs on the official WhatsApp Business Platform, answers from the client's own documentation, and hands the conversation to a person when it should. It stays the client's: we write the documentation and the client can change the answers themselves. Our live case is Fixlab, a vehicle homologation lab in Spain, where the assistant is the single front door for customer questions about vehicle certification. The two founders do the work themselves, fully remote and based in Madrid, with a small group of freelancers at peak times. We also build custom AI tools and websites, and work on search and AI-answer visibility (GEO).
