    BUILD THE RIGHT THING During the discovery phase we want to discover insights into the users problem. We ask ourselves what the problem is and why we need this. We conduct extensive research and try to frame the problem as good as possible. Kick Off Workshop This is a half day workshop where we align all stakeholders and frame the problem and challenges. Design Sprint This is one week design sprint where we go from problem to prototype. After this sprint we make a planning to build the MVP in the Delivery phase. BUILD THE THING RIGHT Once we figured out the problem, we focus on delivering the solution. We use a straight-forward approach and validate our solution in a quick but solid way. We ship in weeks, not months. Build & Shape the MVP In this phase we really do all the works, ranging from 3 to 9 months we build & shape the MVP and improve it with multiple iterations.
