Quel était l'objectif de votre collaboration ?We wanted more people in our area to find us when they search for demolition services. Our website was not showing up where it should, so we hired Quantum IT Innovation to handle our SEO and help bring in more genuine enquiries. The goal was simple better rankings, more visitors, and more calls from people who actually need our work.

Qu'avez-vous le plus apprécié pendant votre collaboration ?What I enjoyed most was how easy they were to work with. They kept us updated and answered every question without making things complicated. They were quick to get things done on the website and the off page side, so we always knew work was moving forward. It felt like a team that actually cared about our results.

Y a-t-il des domaines où l'agence peut s'améliorer ?Honestly nothing major. If I had to pick one thing, I would like a bit more detail in the reports, like a short explanation of what changed each month and why. That said, the team has been responsive and open to feedback, so I am confident that is something they can easily add.

Qu'avez-vous le plus apprécié pendant votre collaboration ?I enjoyed the regular communication, clear updates, and seeing steady improvements in website traffic, search rankings, and overall online visibility.

Y a-t-il des domaines où l'agence peut s'améliorer ?The collaboration has been smooth overall. One area for improvement would be providing more frequent updates on ongoing SEO activities and upcoming plans.
