HistoireWe started Sparkk in 2020 in Germany with a simple conviction: real change needs both head and heart. As a strategy, culture and organization consultancy we work side-by-side with people and teams to turn plans into lived practice. Our days are spent designing tailor-made approaches for leadership development and organizational culture, running workshops, trainings and coaching that are psychologically sound, creative and practically focused. We celebrate when a team embraces new ways of working or when leaders choose co-creation over command.
