Vous n'êtes pas confié à un sous-traitant après la présentation, et vous n'avez pas à réexpliquer votre produit à une nouvelle personne toutes les quelques semaines. Les personnes qui définissent le travail sont celles qui le livrent. Les codes sources et les dépôts restent en votre nom dès le premier jour, et les comptes de magasin sont configurés sous votre nom plutôt que sous le nôtre. DEUX TYPES DE CLIENTS Les fondateurs viennent nous voir pour présenter une première version à de vrais utilisateurs sans payer pour des fonctionnalités qui peuvent attendre. Cela signifie discuter de la portée dès le début, supprimer ce qui n'est pas encore nécessaire, et construire de manière à ce que la deuxième version ne soit pas une réécriture. Les équipes d'entreprise viennent nous voir pour l'intégration avec les systèmes existants, l'accès basé sur les rôles, les exigences de sécurité et réglementaires de leur secteur, la documentation et les logiciels qui seront toujours pris en charge dans cinq ans. Ce sont des conversations différentes et nous les traitons comme telles. APRÈS LE LANCEMENT Les applications ne fonctionnent pas d'elles-mêmes. Les systèmes d'exploitation se mettent à jour, les dépendances se cassent, les politiques des magasins changent. Nous offrons la maintenance et le support pour tout ce que nous construisons, de sorte que le lancement est une étape importante plutôt qu'une passation. Description We build custom software for companies that have outgrown off-the-shelf tools, and for teams whose existing systems can no longer take new features. Our software work falls into three groups. Custom applications built around a process that does not fit a standard product. Enterprise systems that have to integrate with what already exists, enforce role-based access, meet the regulatory requirements of the industry they run in, and stay supportable after the people who built them have moved on. And modernization work, where an application still does its job but the platform underneath it has aged out of support. Design, development, QA and support are all in-house. You are not passed to a subcontractor after the pitch, and the people who scope the work are the people who ship it. Most of the mobile work we take on is one of two things. A first version for a founder who needs something in front of real users without paying for features that can wait. We test on real hardware across price tiers, not emulators alone. A mid-range Android handset from three years ago is where the problems show up, and it is what a large share of your users are actually holding. Design, development, QA and support are in-house. We handle App Store and Play Store submission, and the accounts are set up in your name rather than ours. Source code and repositories are yours from day one. Maintenance is available after launch, which matters more on mobile than anywhere else, because operating systems update and store policies change whether or not you are ready for them. One thing we will tell you that most of this directory will not. The people designing your screens sit with the developers who will implement them and the QA team who will test them, which means fewer decisions that look right in a mockup and fall apart in code. Most of our design work is interface design for products people use repeatedly: dashboards, admin panels, portals and mobile apps. That is a different problem to designing something people visit once. Density matters, error states matter, and what happens on the four hundredth use matters more than the first impression. We design against real constraints. Actual data volumes rather than three tidy sample rows, the screen sizes your users have, and the states your API can genuinely return. We do not take on brand identity, logo design or marketing site design.
