    No Outsourcing: Per dare il nostro meglio dobbiamo poter controllare ogni aspetto del design e della produzione. Vogliamo correre meno rischi possibili nella gestione di fornitori esterni. Lavoro diviso per team, non per comparti: Lavoriamo in un ambiente open-space dove è richiesta la più completa comunicazione tra ogni componente del team per assicurarci risultati costanti e mini- mizzare l’overhead abituale delle organizzazioni a “dipartimenti”. Il responsabile del team parla direttamente col cliente: Eliminiamo tutte le complicazioni dei pas- saggi di comunicazioni e materiali. Il cliente viene sempre contattato dalla figura di riferimento del suo progetto nello specifico step lavorativo. Nessuna politica closed-source: Ogni lavoro viene sempre tenuto e consegnato al cliente nella sua interezza, garantendogli accessi ad ogni parte del lavoro prodotto.
