Divine Solutions ist ein Software- und KI-Studio aus Svetvinčenat im Zentrum Istriens, Kroatien. Seit 2025 konzipieren und entwickeln wir Software, auf die Unternehmen jeden Arbeitstag angewiesen sind: maßgeschneiderte Geschäftsanwendungen, Web- und Mobile-Apps, an ein ERP angebundene Webshops sowie KI-Agenten, die Mitarbeitenden wiederkehrende Aufgaben abnehmen. Die meisten Unternehmen, mit denen wir sprechen, verfügen bereits über die benötigten Daten. Sie liegen in einem ERP, CRM, Postfach oder einer Sammlung von Tabellen. Unser typisches Projekt ergänzt diese Systeme um eine KI-Ebene: einen Assistenten, der Fragen zu Beständen, Bestellungen oder Rechnungen in einfacher Sprache beantwortet, einen Bericht, der jeden Morgen bereitsteht, oder einen Agenten, der eingehende Anfragen sortiert und Antworten entwirft. Wir verbinden uns mit den Systemen, die ein Unternehmen bereits nutzt, statt einen Austausch zu verlangen. Für den Kundenservice entwickeln wir Chatbots und Sprachagenten. Ein Sprachagent nimmt den Anruf entgegen, versteht die anrufende Person und antwortet in ihrer Sprache – ob Kroatisch, Englisch oder nahezu jede andere Sprache. Anschließend bucht er einen Termin oder leitet den Anruf zusammen mit einer kurzen Zusammenfassung an eine Person weiter. Neben der Arbeit für Kunden entwickeln und betreiben wir drei eigene Produkte: CallVista, einen KI-Sprachagenten für Callcenter; AdReady, eine Plattform, die Markenrichtlinien in Banner-Varianten umwandelt und diese von der Freigabe bis zur Veröffentlichung begleitet; und Business Booster, das Kommunikation, Aufgaben, ERP-Daten und Analysen an einem Ort zusammenführt. So arbeiten wir: Das erste Gespräch ist kostenlos. Wir betrachten zunächst den Prozess und die Daten, vereinbaren den Umfang und einen Richtpreis, und eine erste funktionierende Version ist normalerweise innerhalb von vier bis acht Wochen fertig. Die von uns entwickelten und betreuten Anwendungen laufen auf Servern in der Europäischen Union. Die Anforderungen der DSGVO und des EU AI Act sind von Anfang an Teil des Plans. Wir arbeiten remote mit Kunden in Kroatien, Slowenien, Serbien sowie Bosnien und Herzegowina – auf Kroatisch, Englisch, Serbisch und Slowenisch.

We build chatbots for customer support, voice agents that answer the phone in the caller's language (Croatian, English or almost any other), AI agents that handle repetitive back-office work, and an AI layer on top of ERP and CRM data that answers questions and prepares reports in plain language.
