GeschichteWe founded Ekairos in Munich in 2021 as a small, determined team convinced that participation can be more than checkbox exercises. We focus on digital and hybrid bottom-up participation, co-creation and consultation processes to activate what we call “collective intelligence.” Early projects taught us how fragile engagement can be: low turnout, shallow feedback, technical friction. By collaborating closely with a handful of innovative technology partners we learned to design problem-driven, market-innovating and customer-centric processes that overcome those barriers. Today we celebrate when stakeholders move from passive observers to active co-creators — and we keep refining our craft so every tailor-made (digital) participation process delivers meaningful, implementable results.
