Beschreibung The operating system your business runs on. Not another tool. One automation layer across your whole operation — workflows, agents, dashboards and CRM designed into the stack you already run, documented and handed over. Built by us. Owned by you. Growing businesses rarely lack tools — they drown in them. Twenty apps, none talking, every gap bridged by somebody's memory. If adding headcount is your only way to scale operations, this is for you. This is what agentic means in practice: work arrives, and the system carries it across departments — deciding, acting and logging as it goes. An operating system is only as trustworthy as its worst workflow. Everything runs on production-grade orchestration — idempotent runs, retries with backoff, exception queues, versioned definitions — with AI decisions bounded and every run traceable. These are numbers from systems our clients run their businesses on. - One integration spine shared by every workflow — connections built once, reused everywhere - Idempotent by design: replaying an event never duplicates an invoice or an email - AI decisions bounded by confidence thresholds and explicit allow-lists - Failures retry, then alert a named owner — workflows never die silently - Every run documented and searchable: any 'why did this happen?' is one query awaySkills in Künstliche Intelligenz (9) KI EntwicklungAI MarketingKünstliche IntelligenzAI-ExpertiseAI-ForschungAnalytics BeratungBetriebsberatungKI-StrategieKI-AgentenBewertung in Künstliche Intelligenz (1) Alonso Fernandez
Erfahren Sie mehr über Künstliche IntelligenzBeschreibung We design, build and run your outbound engine — it finds the companies that match your ICP, enriches every contact, sends measured, relevant sequences from a protected domain, and routes positive replies straight into your CRM pipeline. Your voice, your approval, every message. When new business arrives through referrals and the occasional burst of manual prospecting, revenue is a function of who happened to mention you last month. If that sentence stings, this is for you. Outbound that works is a designed system with deliverability engineering behind it — not a purchased list and a mail-merge. We run the same disciplined path on every engagement. PHASE 1 / STRATEGY Define the ICP and the offer We work out who actually buys from you and why — your best clients, deal sizes, the trigger events that made them ready. You get a written ICP, a messaging angle per segment, and honest maths on what reply rates need to be for this to pay. 02 PHASE 2 / ARCHITECTURE Design the engine and the guardrails Data sources, enrichment and verification steps, qualification criteria, sequence structure, sending infrastructure and CRM handoff — designed on paper and signed off by you. Approval points and suppression rules are part of the design, not an afterthought. 03 PHASE 3 / BUILD Build the pipeline and warm the domains We stand up dedicated sending domains and warm them properly, wire the prospecting and enrichment pipeline to your CRM, and draft the sequences with you line by line. Nothing sends until the infrastructure is healthy and the copy is approved. 04 PHASE 4 / LAUNCH Launch small, prove the numbers The first campaign goes to a deliberately small segment at low volume. We watch deliverability, reply rate and reply quality before scaling anything. Volume is earned by results, never assumed. 05 PHASE 5 / OPERATE Run, tune and report We run the engine month to month: refreshing prospect flow, testing angles, retiring what underperforms and protecting sender health. You get a weekly view of replies, booked calls and pipeline created — not vanity opens. Every email carries your brand and your domain's reputation. The engine is built to be conservative by default — measured volume, verified data, and nothing sent without your sign-off. The difference between outbound that books calls and outbound that burns a domain is the machinery you never see: warmed sending infrastructure, verification before every send, qualification before every sequence, and reply classification that turns interest into pipeline within minutes. That's the layer we build — the same engine behind our own client engagements, where one campaign converted at 8% on £100k+ contracts. The engagement ends with prospecting, sequencing and handoff running in production, and your team working a pipeline that refills itself.Skills in E-Mail-Marketing (10) E-Mail-MarketingKI EntwicklungAI MarketingMarketing-AutomatisierungHubSpot-IntegrationZoho CRM BeratungE-Mail-Marketing-AutomatisierungKI-StrategieHubSpot EmailCRM -Automatisierung
Erfahren Sie mehr über E-Mail-MarketingBeschreibung We design, build and run the automation layer for your support function — AI that resolves routine queries from your approved knowledge base, keeps first-response times in seconds and hands the genuinely hard conversations to your team with full context. Built on the helpdesk you already run. Every support function hits the same wall: volume scales with customers, headcount doesn't. If your first-response times are drifting and your best people spend their day on questions the knowledge base already answers, this is for you. Support automation that customers actually tolerate is a designed system, not a chatbot bolted onto a helpdesk. We run the same disciplined path on every engagement. 01 PHASE 1 / STRATEGY Map the queue reality We analyse your actual ticket history: what people ask, how often, how long it takes, and where SLAs slip. You get a prioritised map of which query types to automate first, what each is costing you manually, and the deflection each should deliver. 02 PHASE 2 / ARCHITECTURE Design the support layer Intent taxonomy, knowledge base coverage, tone of voice, confidence thresholds, escalation routes and the bounded actions the system may take alone — designed on paper and signed off by you before anything answers a customer. 03 PHASE 3 / BUILD Build and battle-test We build on your helpdesk, close the gaps in your knowledge base, and test against real historical tickets — including the awkward, ambiguous and angry ones — until the layer handles your actual queue, not a demo script. 04 PHASE 4 / LAUNCH Launch with a safety net The layer runs in draft mode first — proposing replies your agents approve with one click — so you see its judgement on live volume before it sends anything alone. Then we cut over one query type at a time. 05 PHASE 5 / OPERATE Monitor and extend We watch deflection, escalation rates and CSAT, tune the thresholds, and extend coverage to the next query type on the map. You get a monthly report in queries resolved and hours returned — not vanity metrics. The fastest way to lose a customer is a confident wrong answer. Every reply the layer sends is governed, sourced and reversible. The difference between a bot customers fight and a layer they never notice is engineering: intent models trained on your real tickets, retrieval bound to your approved knowledge base, confidence thresholds on every reply, and escalation as a first-class path. In client engagements this architecture has automated around 90% of routine support queries. The engagement ends with routine queries resolving themselves in production and your team trained to own the system.Skills in E-Commerce (8) E-CommerceKundenbeziehungsmanagementKI EntwicklungAI MarketingE-Commerce-EntwicklungKundenkontakt-SchnittstelleOnline-E-CommerceKI-Kundenservice

GeschichteAutomation isn't about replacing judgement. It's about supporting it.
That means connecting tools and data one step at a time — app by app, decision by decision — until the system actually holds together.
We design systems where roles are explicit. Humans decide. Machines execute. Never the other way round

Fabio was exceptional. He came prepared, understood my complex healthcare automation project immediately, and explained every technical decision in plain English. His proposal was thorough, transparent, and included a free feasibility check before any paid commitment. He designed a production-grade HIPAA-compliant architecture while making sure I'd own and understand everything. Highly recommend for anyone building serious AI automation, especially in a regulated industry.
