Evangelist Apps designed and delivered our internal delivery portal end to end — from discovery workshops through to post-launch support across three geographies. The platform consolidated project tracking, client engagement records, and resource allocation in one place, and the AI reporting module they built on Azure OpenAI has genuinely reduced the manual effort our engagement managers were spending on status updates. Adoption across our delivery teams exceeded 70% in the first quarter, and internal satisfaction averaged 4.2 out of 5. They handled a technically complex stack — Node.js, React 18, pgvector, LangChain, Azure DevOps — without ever needing us to manage them. A reliable, senior team that delivered what they scoped.

Was war das Ziel Ihrer Zusammenarbeit?Evangelist were brought in to resolve the issues with the CRM, create new and better automation, ensure documentation was created for workflows, improve how the CRM is used, provide insight into how the CRM could be improved and ensure we're getting maximum usage of the CRM

Was hat Ihnen während Ihrer Zusammenarbeit am meisten Spaß gemacht?The opportunity to meet with the team as a whole meant we were getting a rounded service as the different parts were all represented. It also meant I was able to learn a lot about the work they were doing and why a certain path was followed.

Gibt es Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten?Overall, very good, I was involved in the project as a CRM user rather than a technical expert, and as such, my review is based on this aspect. Whilst I felt listened to, as a non-technical user, this sometimes meant if my colleague, who was the technical expert and project lead, was away and the Evangelist lead was away, the terminology could mean my understanding didn't always match theirs and we had to work through this.

Was hat Ihnen während Ihrer Zusammenarbeit am meisten Spaß gemacht?Clear understanding of requirement. The team took time to ask insightful questions about the project and fed back frequently to update on progress.
