Was war das Ziel Ihrer Zusammenarbeit?We brought Idea Team in as a technical partner on an e-commerce SaaS project for a shared client. Idea Team owned infrastructure and observability end-to-end: the entire AWS environment defined in Terraform, the CI/CD pipeline that runs against it, and a real-time internal monitoring system the client's team could actually use day-to-day.

Was hat Ihnen während Ihrer Zusammenarbeit am meisten Spaß gemacht?Idea Team's Terraform setup is genuinely reusable. They built shared modules for networking, IAM, and the database layer, so when we needed a near-identical staging environment for a separate part of the product, we pointed a new file at their existing modules and were running in a day instead of rebuilding everything from scratch. The monitoring dashboard they shipped on top of it was immediately useful too.

Gibt es Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten?Some Terraform module READMEs arrived after we'd already started using the modules - would've been smoother with the docs alongside the first version rather than as a follow-up.

Was war das Ziel Ihrer Zusammenarbeit?The objective was to successfully launch and scale our e-commerce project, improving traffic, conversions, and overall performance.

Was hat Ihnen während Ihrer Zusammenarbeit am meisten Spaß gemacht?We especially appreciated their responsible approach, deep engagement in the project, and ability to propose innovative solutions while keeping communication clear and consistent.
