Intelisoft ist ein britisches Softwareunternehmen, das maßgeschneiderte KI-Lösungen und die dazugehörigen Produkte entwickelt. Ein wachsender Anteil davon nutzt KI: Copiloten, die Dokumente erstellen, während Menschen arbeiten, KI-Agenten, die routinemäßige Anfragen und Genehmigungen bearbeiten, sowie Automatisierungen, die Daten aus alten und neuen Systemen in einer klaren Gesamtansicht zusammenführen. In einem kürzlich abgeschlossenen Projekt erstellt eine Lösung klinische Notizen, während ein Arzt mit dem Patienten spricht. Eine andere hilft einem regionalen Versicherer, Anträge auf Vorabgenehmigung innerhalb von Stunden statt Tagen zu bearbeiten. Wir setzen KI dort ein, wo sie tatsächlich hilft, und überlassen kritische Entscheidungen den Menschen. Bevor wir Code schreiben, sprechen wir ausführlich mit den Personen, die das Produkt nutzen werden: mit Betriebsteams, Supportmitarbeitern, Führungskräften und Endanwendern. Software scheitert, wenn sie ignoriert, wie Menschen tatsächlich arbeiten. Wir finden das lieber in der ersten Woche heraus als nach dem Start. Unser Team ist bewusst klein.
