Opulion Systems ist ein von Gründern geführtes Unternehmen für Produktionssystemtechnik. Wir entwickeln, bauen, härten und betreiben Software- und KI-Systeme, bei denen Ausfälle reale operative, finanzielle oder sicherheitstechnische Konsequenzen haben. Wir sind keine Agentur, die Funktionen liefert und verschwindet. Wir sind das Team, das Unternehmen anrufen, wenn das System die Produktion überstehen muss. Die meisten Ingenieurbüros spezialisieren sich auf eine Schicht des Stacks. Wir tun das bewusst nicht. Unsere Arbeit umfasst das gesamte System, von KI-Modellen und agentenbasierten Workflows über verteilte Backend-Dienste, Cloud-Infrastruktur, Datenpipelines, eingebettete Software, Industrieprotokolle, Firmware und Treiber bis hin zur Hardware, von der diese Systeme letztendlich abhängen. Eine Roboterplattform verpasst Fristen aufgrund von Firmware-Timing. Eine verteilte Anwendung wird unzuverlässig, weil mehrere Schichten auf unerwartete Weise interagieren. Anbieter einzelner Schichten stoppen dort, wo ihre Expertise endet. Wir verfolgen das System weiter, bis wir die eigentliche Einschränkung finden.
