Since 1984, from our base in Garbsen, we’ve built PfO Consultancy as a network of consultants, trainers and coaches who combine psychology and practical tools to help teams, leaders and whole organizations thrive. Over three decades we've learned to meet complexity and ambiguity with workshops, leadership development and cultural change processes.
