Ratech ist eine Agentur für die Automatisierung von Geschäftsprozessen für Dienstleistungsunternehmen in den USA, Kanada und Europa. Wir untersuchen, wie die Arbeit durch ein Unternehmen läuft, finden, wo Stunden und Geld verloren gehen, und beheben das mit dem einfachsten System, das funktioniert: einer Automatisierung, einem KI-Agenten oder einer Änderung am Prozess selbst. Erst die Diagnose, dann die Umsetzung Die meisten Teams haben die Software, die sie brauchen, bereits. Was ihre Woche auffrisst, ist die manuelle Arbeit zwischen den Tools: Daten von einem System ins andere kopieren, Dokumenten hinterherlaufen, immer wieder dieselben Berichte erstellen. We build agents that answer and qualify leads on web chat, WhatsApp, Telegram and voice, and add AI where your team reads, drafts and routes by hand: document intake, estimates, replies, handoffs.
