Projet réalisé pour Private dans l'industrie Éducation pour un B2C public en 2021. The bilingual (French/English) private school we worked for is based in Lausanne. Operating in a more and more competitive environment, they had to double their marketing efforts to ensure their reputation was held at national and international levels and find new sources of qualified prospects (future students). Coteries provided a 360° digital marketing service for this private school, by focusing first on reinforcing their digital environment and secondly on launching a publicity campaign to generate traffic and prospects. Dog’s Food Corner [https://dogsfoodcorner.ch/] produces complete menus and artisanal food products for dogs and cats. Based in Villeret, in the Bernese Jura, the small company is experiencing growing success by selling quality products. To support its development on the French-speaking market, Coteries tested the potential of online sales for Dogs Food Corner and optimized its sales processes with an e-commerce website. Projet réalisé pour Local Heroes dans l'industrie Vente au détail pour un B2B / B2C public en 2020. Local Heroes [https://local-heroes.ch/] is a web platform created in March 2020 by our team at Coteries, at the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic. With an MVP (Minimum Viable Product) designed and developed voluntarily in one weekend, this project offers a simple and free solution for local shops who can showcase their activity, products and courses while continuing to develop their business. Visitors can search and find these local heroes around them all over Switzerland, and contact them directly to buy their products or participate in their proposed activities. Local Heroes is a perfect example of a product that we created entirely at Coteries and where the whole team was heavily involved: conception, design, development, marketing., the whole team brought their skills to help local players!

Being one of the residents of the EPFL Innovation Park, we were pleased to collaborate with them on many projects: The EPFL Innovation Park is known as a productive and also as an innovative location. Since there are so many activities at EIP, they needed a dynamic website informing about services, events, news and job offers. We used WordPress allowing the EIP team to keep every section up-to-date easily. As a result, they can add great content anytime to improve their inbound marketing.Our team [https://coteries.com/#team] worked on a sober, modern and responsive design to highlight EIP spirit. We kept the same colour code and structure for every EIP website, while giving them a visual identity that everyone can recognize.To complete the website functionalities and create outbound marketing we’ve also implemented a Newsletter and a Hello Bar. The EPFL Innovation Park in Lausanne achieves many projects and organizes events to help startups in their business development process. Therefore we went straight to the point and kept it simple, leaving aside fancy design; we’ve used WordPress to create three different responsive websites that are also very similar in the structure and colors to remind EIP identity.
