MEETING MANAGEMENT
• Define meeting and convention outcomes, mission and objectives
• Negotiate rates for all vendors and venues
• Secure and financially manage venue logistics
• Manage audio-visual requirements
• Plan and negotiate food and beverage requirements
• Manage production requirements including image and video
• Signage production and placement
• Management of speaker logistics including booking and on-site assistance
• Transportation accommodations including airport meet and greets, shuttle requirements and special activities held at and off-site venues
• Negotiate rates for event decorator and participate in the creative process to Produce a meeting that represents a brand
• Set-up meeting registration through web-based processing, copy for registration site/form, payment setup and registration setup including website design
• Work with hotels to design the on-site registration area and provide registration staff throughout the duration of the conference
• Advance and on-site payments
• Provide on-site staff and ushers
• Management of pre and post-meeting events
