Hansen est un facilitateur de commerce électronique et un studio de vidéos courtes IA basé en Malaisie. Nous agissons comme le bras local du marché pour les marques qui souhaitent se développer en Malaisie sans avoir à construire toute l'opération en interne. Deux choses sont réunies sous un même toit. La première est la gestion complète du commerce électronique. Nous exploitons les magasins Shopee, Lazada et TikTok Shop de bout en bout : création de listes et SEO de plateforme, tarification, publicités, enregistrement de campagnes, contenu, service client et rapports mensuels, le tout fonctionnant selon un cycle continu Planifier-Faire-Vérifier-Agir. L'expédition et l'entreposage restent avec la marque. Les engagements sont annuels, car un compte de place de marché qui change de mains chaque trimestre ne se compose jamais. La seconde est la production de vidéos courtes IA. La plupart des marques n'ont pas de problème de contenu, elles ont un problème de volume. Nous gérons un moteur de contenu toujours actif selon une norme que nous appelons l'esthétique de-IA, ce qui signifie que le résultat doit paraître soigné plutôt que généré par machine. La vidéo est localisée en anglais, malais et mandarin et livrée dans le stockage cloud de la marque, afin qu'elle puisse être redistribuée aux concessionnaires et à d'autres canaux plutôt que de ne vivre que sur une seule plateforme. Le fondateur Louis Teo a passé une décennie à gérer le commerce électronique transfrontalier en Chine, à Taïwan et en Malaisie, y compris la direction des opérations pour une marque de bijoux d'Asie du Sud-Est, avant de fonder Hansen à Muar, Johor. Nous travaillons à distance avec des marques dans toute la Malaisie, avec un accent sur Kuala Lumpur et la vallée de Klang, Johor Bahru et Penang. Nous convenons aux marques qui ont déjà un produit qui se vend et qui souhaitent qu'il soit correctement exploité sur ce marché. Description Hansen is a Malaysia based e-commerce enabler and AI short video studio. We act as the local market arm for brands that want to grow in Malaysia without building the whole operation in house. Two things sit under one roof. The first is full e-commerce management. We operate Shopee, Lazada and TikTok Shop stores end to end: listing build and platform SEO, pricing, ads, campaign registration, content, customer service and monthly reporting, all running on a continuous Plan Do Check Act cycle. Shipping and warehousing stay with the brand. Engagements are annual, because a marketplace account that changes hands every quarter never compounds. The second is AI short video production. Most brands do not have a content problem, they have a volume problem. A single 11.11 campaign across three platforms can need 60 to 100 pieces of video before it is properly covered, and no in house team of two produces that. We run an always on content engine to a standard we call de-AI Aesthetics, meaning the output has to look crafted rather than machine generated. Video is localised into English, Malay and Mandarin and delivered to the brand's own cloud storage, so it can be redistributed to dealers and other channels rather than living only on one platform. Founder Louis Teo spent a decade operating cross-border e-commerce across China, Taiwan and Malaysia, including leading operations for a Southeast Asian jewellery brand, before founding Hansen in Muar, Johor. We work remotely with brands throughout Malaysia, with a focus on Kuala Lumpur and the Klang Valley, Johor Bahru and Penang. We are a fit for brands that already have a product that sells and want it operated properly in this market.
