Quel était l'objectif de votre collaboration ?Website redesign (responsive) based on an existing site and with some inspiration references we provided.

Qu'avez-vous le plus apprécié pendant votre collaboration ?Nothing to be honest. Long waiting time for an unnecessary long contract, further 4 weeks for totally unprofessional design sugggestions (if these can be named design).

Y a-t-il des domaines où l'agence peut s'améliorer ?My recommendation: avoid this "agency".

Naturality Digital réponse :Hi Armin, thanks for your feedback, we'll take that into consideration and keep improving our work. The long waiting time so defined by you was clearly stated before we agreed and moved forward in both emails and contract, I hope you can agree to this fact. Unnecessary contracts are actually necessary to avoid unforeseeable situations and to protect both sides, yourself included. That's why all your requirements were adjusted accordingly on our contract to demonstrate to you our transparency. We are always open to discussing with you the problem and finding a solution, but it can be hard to do so if your feedback never arrives. Anyway that's your choice and we respect that. This being said, we're totally ok with having you share the work we realized and delivered to you, if possible with the so-called "existing" sites defined by you, this would make your feedback more valuable and fruitful, in my honest humble opinion. There are other people and companies we work with who think otherwise, as opinions and expectations are hard to measure, but luckily people are different, and we'll always try our best, as we still believe we did with you. It says already a lot the fact of you putting 2 stars on the "schedule" when we have actually been super-precise and on time with you. 1 star on collaboration, while we have accommodated all your requests for contract and payment steps, not to mention our fast reply. Would have been great to see at least an objective comment and not just a pissed opinion just because don't like something you could have actual feedback and discuss it between us. We wish you all the best and hope you'll find the right team able to do what you're looking for. Ale
